Snakes against corruption.
This Snake charmer released his snakes in a act of protest against bribery in Andra Pradesh.
At first higher ups had assured him that they approved of his wish to use a piece of land for his snakes to live on, but then the local bureau wasn't cooperative and was demanded bribes the snake charmer couldn't afford so then he released his snakes in their office.
