Philharmonic Orchestra

Philharmonic halls are receiving money in Germany. This money comes from a big pot of money which should be used for culture projects, but the philharmonic halls consume so much money that there is none or very little  left for other projects.

Make way for the new, just make the philharmonic boxes a little smaller and open other small musical realms.

Musical and cultural diversity is what makes people, same listeners and artists happy.
